Hello! My name is Melissa and I live in the humble town of Gore with my husband and 2 pet dogs. I wish I was one of those people who could sit and watch tv all day or read a book from a start to finish but I’m not ~ so crafting is how I spend my spare time. The business name came from my middle name “Faye” which I inherited from my grandmother who I would spend my school holidays with by making ornaments, boxes, wall hangings, leather work - the list goes on and on! And of course my mum, who choose my name Melissa Faye and who also loves to craft. I take a lot of pride in my work and make everything I can by hand in the spare room of my home! I absolutely thrive on the latest fashion accessory trends and how I can make it affordable for you so any feedback is appreciated and helpful! So enjoy having a look around and just know you’re helping a small town girl live her dream!

She has hair to die for and is the best scrunchie test-dummy our low budget company can buy. Turns up for a couple of hours work if her sundays aren’t too dusty. Always reliable, comes prepped and has the standing in one spot down pact. She also supported the owner from the beginning with her ideas, fabrics concepts and helpful fashion tips. Also, being the sister of the owner, she’s naturally been roped into this crazy journey and gets free scrunchies where she can.

Meet Morgan - our security guard
She’s protective and compassionate about the well-being of her employer. Doesn’t talk much but she just enjoys being in our presence. Happy to work anywhere and we pay her in the form of snacks or walks. As you can see, she keeps an eye on our precious stock so beware if you try to break in, she will attack you with licks and demand tummy rubs.

Meet Mr.Moccona - head of our HR department.
He works the late shifts, early mornings and is first on job. He keeps production line rolling and is very supportive to the other staff members! He has one job and is very good at it - no matter how expensive he gets, our company cannot survive without him.

Of course you can! Please select the “collect” option under shipping and I will email to arrange pick-up in Gore, Southland.
How long should my crochet items take to make?
Please allow 10 days for crafting crochet items. Each order is made to suit you and your needs so this is to allow time for ordering of wool, patterns and communication. Larger orders such as blankets can take longer so feel free to email me first to have a chat and rough idea of timeframe.
Can you make custom order scrunchies?
Yes I can. Whether you supply me with material or I source it for you - great for school uniforms and costumes.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept online card payments, just load up your cart and hit that buy button! Or you can pay via bank transfer - email me to place an order this way.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship to everywhere in New Zealand - including rural addresses.
How do I redeem my gift voucher?
When redeeming vouchers online, select the "offline payment" when checking out and add your voucher number in "add a note". Once you've placed your order, we'll match the voucher and send your order!
What is your return policy?
Faulty or damaged stock (with photo evidence) is fully refunded or replaced at buyers discretion.
How much is shipping?
$4 nationwide but large bulk orders for wholesalers could be up to $10 - no more than that
